And This Too Shall Be HOME

Wherever you hang your hat ...

And rest your beautiful head ...

May you feel like you are home.

Wherever you are and wherever you go, love yourself enough to welcome YOU home.

Whether you rent or own the walls that surround you, embrace the time that you have been given in your special House of Now.

Use your key, not only to unlock the door, but to open your heart and let your spirits soar - by celebrating the precious days that you will LIVE there. For this we all know, we are not given days to live over again.

Fall in love with your surroundings, even if they are dark and dreary. Bring light to your sweet abode with the stamp of YOUR personality. Romance every corner with layers of love and gifts of YOU. Celebrate the hot soup that you made in the kitchen and break fresh bread with a special friend or two.

Light your candles every day! Turn the television OFF and the music ON. Deck your halls with all things YOU and breathe in beauty as deeply as you breathe in air …

EVERY shelter that is loved can become a home.

Don’t keep joy from filling your heart EVERY day because you aren’t where you want to be. You WILL be THERE too.

Dreams do come true.

But in the meantime - go ahead, play, and fall in love today! Decorate your life NOW for you will have plenty of glorious love to go around for tomorrow.

Love,
Kim

  1. What a great post Kim! I so agree! That's what happened to me. I've been wanting to move for the past 6 out of 10 years that we've lived in this house and kept putting things off. I felt why bother? A few years ago I just decided to embrace the "bloom where you're planted" philosophy and I'm much happier for it!
